Lockton will host the global benefits forum, in conjunction with our sponsors and third-party suppliers who support the event.

When registering for this event, we request some personal details, including a business email address, your company name and job title. In addition to supporting your attendance, Lockton and event sponsors use this data for marketing purposes by Lockton and event sponsors. This processing is carried out based on our legitimate business interests. Being able to promote our events, products and services to attendees of our events allows us to grow and develop our business.
We do understand that not everyone wishes to receive updates. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the links in any marketing emails Lockton send to you or by emailing unsubscribe@lockton.com.
Lockton do not have control over how the sponsors use your personal data and any questions around the processing should be directed to the sponsor in the first instance, or you can unsubscribe at any time by following the link in any marketing emails received.
Filming and photographs will be taken as part of the event, images may be used to promote future events and marketing activity by Lockton. If you have any concerns or objections to being captured, please contact georgia.riley@lockton.com.
We share your personal data with our IT provider (Cisco - Webex event platform), accommodation provider (Pennyhill Park Hotel and Spa), filming provider (Southpoint Films) and our event sponsors. The legal basis on which we process personal data and communicate with data subjects in these circumstances is our legitimate interest under article 6(1)(f) of GDPR.
In conducting our legitimate interests’ assessment, consideration was given to the following:

The amount of personal data processed is minimal;
