Amy Walters Cohen is an award-winning author and founder of Human Dynamics Research, which focuses on delivering rigorous, evidence-based insights into today’s most pressing business issues.

With over 10 years’ experience in applied psychology, serving as a Head of Research for EY and Lane4, she has led projects into an array of HR and leadership topic areas, including the future of leadership, GenAI and digital transformation, maximising coaching effectiveness, hybrid working, 21st-century career development, and organisational culture change.

Her book, Ruthlessly Caring: And Other Paradoxical Mindsets Leaders Need to Be Future-Fit, was published by the world-leading academic publisher John Wiley & Sons in 2023. In 2024, she became the first solo female author to win Business Book of the Year at the Business Book Awards and also won the People, Culture, and Management category. Additionally, she was named Thought Leader of the Year at the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) Awards.

Amy is a regular keynote speaker and has been featured in Ambition, The CEO Magazine, PQ Magazine, and HRD Magazine, as well as on The Evolving Leader podcast.

Marc is currently Head of Global Risk Finance and has been with IHG Hotels & Resorts for over 20 years. He is by profession an accountant, but moved into insurance and subsequently risk finance/captives. His current focus has been on connecting IHG's Risk and Insurance functions closer to the business, specifically Finance and HR, to align the risk financing strategy of our Captive to the risks facing IHG Hotels & Resorts.

As Chief Solutions Officer at MAXIS GBN, Nicola Fordham oversees the evolution and development of our offering including insurance solutions and global programmes. In this role she ensures that our solutions continue to address new challenges in the market and fit the needs of our multinational clients.
Nicola joined MAXIS GBN in 2017 from MetLife UK where, as Chief Pricing Underwriter, her responsibilities included the technical relationship between MetLife UK and MAXIS. She joined MAXIS as Director of Underwriting before stepping into the role of Chief Underwriting Officer in 2021. In this role she worked closely with the MAXIS network of local insurers, the MAXIS EU Underwriting Hub and our multinational clients. In September 2024, Nicola moved to the role of Chief Solutions Officer, creating a new function within the business. Nicola has a wealth of knowledge to draw upon, with more than 20 years’ experience as a pricing underwriter for MetLife UK, Zurich, Generali and Unum.

Mark is a Senior Consultant within the Global Benefits Team within People Solutions. Mark’s role focuses on working with multinationals in the design, financing, delivery and central oversight of their benefit plans around the globe.

Mark has been working in Global Benefits since 2013 with experience at global consultancies including Aon, Willis Towers Watson and most recently, Arthur J Gallagher.

David has been with Healix since 2015 where he has developed the intelligence, operations, and technology platforms, and leads our global security centre which supports Fortune 500 clients, governments, and international organisations. Prior to joining Healix, he worked in security operations and intelligence for an international assistance company and served as a programme officer for the European Union in Africa. His background includes intelligence roles during the Arab Spring, and he is a certified Close Protection Officer.

Ian has worked in employee benefits for over 20 years with experience in the finance, telco, and technology sectors. Currently as Global Benefit Director in dentsu he acts as an internal expert supporting countries with benefit design and management consolidating providers and processes where it makes sense to do so. Ian also manages global programmes including Dentsu's recently implemented Multi-National pooling program, global wellness as well as having responsibility for global recognition where they implemented Kudos in October 2025.

Dr Luke Kane joined Healix in October 2020 and is a Medical Officer responsible for managing acute medical emergencies around the world. He frequently flies to assess patients who have become sick overseas and repatriates them back to their home countries. He is also a practising NHS GP, expedition doctor and worked in Sierra Leone during the Ebola Crisis of 2014/15.

Michael is a senior executive at Lockton, overseeing the strategy, growth, and
performance of our multinational business. His leadership helped transform Global
Solutions into a top broker for international organizations and enhance governance,
technology, talent, and operations to support complex multinational programs at scale.

Michael collaborates with boards, executive teams, and Lockton leaders globally, helping clients manage risk and navigate complexity across international markets. He also leads Lockton’s Global Partnership, ensuring multinational client service across 160+ countries.

Since joining Lockton in 2003, Michael has worked in New York, London, and across more than 40 countries. He is currently based at our Global Headquarters in
Kansas City.

Marcelo Mangueira is a healthcare executive with 15+ years of experience in strategy and business development. Marcelo has been recently appointed Director of Strategy Product and Proposition for Bupa Global, pending regulatory approval, where he will lead the design and delivery of innovative propositions. Before joining Bupa in the end of 2023 as Head of Strategy, Marcelo spent four years at Ada Health, a series B health tech scale-up that developed an AI-based symptom checker. During his time at Ada, he held multiple positions within the Business Development team. Before Ada, he worked for a decade at Accenture in the Strategy practice, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients like UnitedHealth Group and Aon. He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and has lived in the UK for seven years.

Matt McLaughlin is Head of Data and Analytics for Zurich Corporate Life and Pensions. He brings over 20 years of experience across pricing and underwriting roles in both life and general insurance, with a track record spanning North America, Europe, and Asia.

In his current role, Matt acts as global product manager for employee benefits systems and focuses on advancing data and analytics capabilities, exploring how modern analytics and emerging AI driven approaches can improve insight generation, consistency, and decision making across Zurich's global employee benefits landscape.

Chris is a Partner at Lockton responsible for proposition and growth. He has been working in the employee benefits sector as an insurer and consultant for over 35 years. Chris has a personal interest in people risk management and the integration of health, risk, and wellbeing in the workplace. Over the years he has worked with numerous global clients to help improve employee experience, better manage clinical pathways and reduce cost.

James leads Zurich's Corporate Risk (Employee Benefits) business having joined in January 2026. He has worked in or around the Protection market for over 25 years, most recently leading a global InsurTech focussed on adviser marketplaces and underwriting automation. James is a strong believer in putting the customer and broker at the centre of everything Zurich does.

Zoya leads the strategy, governance, design, and sustainability of benefits programmes across 50+ countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and the Asia Pacific regions, supporting a highly diverse, multinational workforce of over 10,000 employees.

With more than 20 years of international Total Rewards leadership experience, Zoya has operated in highly complex, matrixed environments across industries including oil and gas, engineering, and technology. She brings deep expertise in global benefits strategy, pensions, healthcare and risk benefits governance, wellbeing and recognition, and large scale rewards transformation, with a strong focus on alignment to business strategy, risk management, and long term workforce sustainability.

Zoya has led enterprise wide harmonisation programmes following mergers and acquisitions, simplifying legacy structures while strengthening governance and employee value proposition, as well as the design and implementation of impactful global recognition and wellbeing programmes aligned to both business and employee needs. She is known for her pragmatic, commercially minded, and people centred leadership, combining strategic vision with disciplined execution to deliver fit for purpose rewards solutions that support organisational growth, resilience, and engagement.
